Mark Backhouse- Operations Manager Mark’s big passion is road trips in far off places. He spends countless hours meticulously planning the route, destinations, travel time, budget, hotel stops, estimated climate and weather patterns, travel sweet requirements, shoe leather usage¦ you get the picture, he likes to leave nothing to chance. A good man to have looking after your critical projects then! |

Lucy Vivian – Account Manager Lucy (commonly referred to as LV) is a key part of our account handling team and looks after our advertising agency clients. Agencies are fast-paced which means Lucy has to be fast-paced and always on her toes. And if she’s not rushing around for our agency clients then she’s providing valuable support for the day-to-day studio operations. We should also mention that Lucy has a brilliant/silly sense of humour which means she can sometimes be referred to as a Goon! All in a day’s work.. |

Neil Adams – Managing Director Neil is the backbone of Powerhouse and is always striving to develop the business further. A think outside of the box man, he constantly comes up with ideas for improvement or enhancement. Still thinks he can party hard however, the only clubbing he does these days is down at the local golf course. |
| John Shaw – Chairman John has been there, done that and worn the t-shirt. He is the wise one, providing invaluable guidance and business support. Outside of Powerhouse he is a rock god, and can be found touring the pubs and clubs of Yorkshire. |
