Newlyweds win compensation for disastrous wedding photographs

Mark and Sylvia Day from Wakefield in North Yorkshire had hoped that they would have a beautiful collection of wedding photographs to keep with them forever to remind them of their special day. They hired a professional photographer from their local area, Wakefield near Leeds, and paid him £1450 for his services.

Dog Photographer of the Year 2009 winner announced

Terry Pover is the proud winner of this year’s Dog Photographer of the Year competition. The photography competition received many impressive entries from photographers from all over the world and of all ages and levels of skill but it was Terry’s photograph of a dog pulling a dinghy whilst swimming in a lake that came out on top and proved to be the favourite of the judges. A brief history of 360 photography

Dog Photographer of the Year 2010

It has recently been announced that the Kennel Club will be holding its Dog Photographer of the Year photography competition in 2010 and keen photographers are already getting excited and prepared for the well-known event. Whilst full details of next years competition are yet to be revealed and are not likely to be given for a few months yet, brushing up on your photography skills and in particular photographs that feature your dog is recommended.

We do know that there will be four main categories within the photography competition which will be: Dogs at Work, Dogs at Play, Dog’s Portrait and Man’s Best Friend. There will (more…)
