Gosnap photography competition

A new photography competition is being held by Gosnap and is encouraging photographers to get out into the world and test their photography skills.

Landscape photography is the theme of the competition so all shots that are entered into the competition must be landscape. However, it is completely up to the photographer to choose the content of their photographs. Whether it be a beautiful tree that stands in a wood, tropical fish that are swimming in the Indian Ocean, or a busy street in a city like Leeds, these images will be considered by the competition judges.

Anything you have seen or experienced anywhere in the world can be photographed and sent in and can offer you the chance of winning. The winner of this competition will receive a free acrylic print of their winning photograph. However, even those that do not win this competition will still have had the opportunity to share their photography with others and show them what they can do.

Any photographer over the age of 18 years old can enter this competition, no matter what their level of skill or experience. Amateurs, commercial photographers, artists and those with very little photography experience can all be part of this. International entrants are also welcome to send in their shots and the judges are excited to see what photographers from around the world have captured in their photographs. It is free to enter this competition and the closing date for entries is 31st August 2009.
