‘Light in the Night’ photography competition
August 8, 2009
A new photography competition is encouraging anyone who is keen on photography to get outside during the hours of darkness and explore what images of lights in the night can be captured on their camera. Everyone is encouraged to take part no matter your level of photography knowledge or skill.
Amateur photographers, commercial photographers and even those who may not have even picked up a camera before can all enter into this competition if the guidelines are followed.
Your location is also not of importance as you can enter from anywhere within the UK. If you reside in a city such as Leeds you may have more choice of material featuring lights at night but any lights in darkness from anywhere may be considered. The images entered into this competition must be photographs that you have taken and that you have decided to contribute.
In order to enter this competition you must purchase credits at the cost of £1 for 1 credit and up to 3 images can be entered by each entrant. The winner will receive a cash prize and the amount will be determined by the amount of entries received. This competition will close on August 14th 2009 and the results will be revealed a week later on August 21st 2009.
