One of the main benefits of using web video on your website is its interactive nature. Interactive web videos are being favoured by many websites as they let viewers choose what they want to watch by simply selecting a menu option, rather than having to sit through a lengthy video. Not only does the interactivity of web videos give your website a more human touch, it also puts the viewer in control by letting them choose what they want to see and hear about at their own pace.

Online retailers do a 360

Online retailers are finding they need to promote their products in such a way that customers can get a true feel for it, even though it’s on a website. 360 imagery gives products an added dimension by letting you get the full panoramic view of the product – more so than from a still image. By simply clicking and dragging the mouse over the product, you can see what it looks like from all sides. 360 photography can also be used to provide a virtual tour of a place or premises. It’s often used by estate agents when showcasing a property, or by travel websites when promoting a holiday destination.

The world’s largest photo booth

Apparently, using the world’s largest photo booth is not unlike using an ordinary photo booth. The subjects take a seat, strike a pose, and bingo, their photo is taken. However, unlike an ordinary photo booth the technology behind this giant version is entirely unique, as facial recognition software has been installed which is activated once the person, or persons, are in position.
