The world’s largest photo booth

Apparently, using the world’s largest photo booth is not unlike using an ordinary photo booth. The subjects take a seat, strike a pose, and bingo, their photo is taken. However, unlike an ordinary photo booth the technology behind this giant version is entirely unique, as facial recognition software has been installed which is activated once the person, or persons, are in position.

What a tweet – Dannii and Kris introduce baby Ethan

Personalise your Google page with photography

Following closely in the wake of National Photography Month, Google has unveiled an exciting new functionality. Picassa is a free download from Google that allows creative photographers to edit, organise and share their photos with friends and family. Using Picassa, Google propose that users be able to personalise their Google homepage with their own photograph, whether the picture is a personal snapshot or an image taken by a professional commercial photographer, they can be uploaded and shared. Elizabeth Hurley attends photography exhibition

The model and actress, Elizabeth Hurley, recently enjoyed a photography exhibition, ‘Beauté et Sérénité’, by her friend, photographer Evelyn Lauder. Lauder, whose exhibition in Paris is made up of photographs from the previous 30 years of her life, and Hurley became friends after working together on advertising campaigns for Estée Lauder cosmetic.

Both Hurley and her husband Arun Nayar attended the photography exhibition – and were the subjects of many photographs themselves at the entrance. (more…)
